My name is Raffaele or Raff for short. I am a recent Police Technology graduate and YMCA Certified Personal Trainer. Sports and Fitness have always been part of my life from childhood to now. Playing a variety of sports such as soccer, hockey, baseball to badminton, volleyball, and ping pong, I have always loved the feeling of being challenged. As we continue to get older having the time to schedule team sports is tough and that’s where I fell in love with weightlifting. The only challenge you face when you are head to head with the weights is yourself, your mind, and the ability to push yourself pass your limits. Weightlifting has taught myself two valuable skills that I use on a daily basis, self-motivation, and discipline. The reason I mention these skills is that I know everyone has the will to become a better version of themselves and through self-motivation and discipline you can achieve that version and more. I am honored to be apart of Big Daddy Fitness so I can teach and spread knowledge to those who are willing to achieve a winning mindset because as we know, the only person who can hold you back is yourself.
