My fitness journey begins as a 13 year old over weight young man. Living a sedentary lifestyle with poor eating habits, my first love of football unexpectedly shows up to inspire me to become active and to push myself to achieve a physical presence in the world. As part of the love of the game, the following year I begin to start training on my own. Focusing on calisthenics and HIIT training, in combination with long and focused bouts of stretching. As the years pass and the demands of the sport become out of sync with my body, I begin to dive into the world of bodybuilding to transform the machinery built by brute strength and a desire to dominate the competition. Once it is understood how the body reacts to periodized structured workout programs, along with strict dieting, I turned my focus to another side of training; functionality. Over the course of the next few years, honing my technical lifts became my focus, even competing in Olympic weightlifting. Congruently; kettlebell training, mobility, bodywork practice and yogic breath work were incorporated into my daily physical routines. My certifications include; Certified personal trainer, hardstyle kettlebell level 1, Adaptive bodywork practitioner level 1 and 2. My goal is to help you reach your goals and surpass them. To push yourself beyond what you believe is your limit. To start a process, but to finish as a method. You are the key to the doorway of transformation. Unlock the door.
